PA1-4560 detects delta Opioid Receptor from human, mouse, and rat samples. PA1-4560 has been successfully used in Western blotting applications. This antibody will detect a dominant band of ~48 kDa representing the monomer form of DOR-1, and may also detect dimers or trimers as heterodimerization and homodimerization is common. The PA1-4560 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues T(361) P S D G P G G G A A A(372) of human DOR-1.
