Description

This antibody detects the heavy chain of bovine Factor X and Xa, BEGRck factor Xa. It will cross-react with human, rabbit, sheep, porcine and canine factor X. This antibody does not recognize murine Factor X via Western blot. Inhibitory properties: inhibitory in clotting assay (APTT and PT), partial calcium dependence. Dissociation Constant: Kd = 9X10^(-11)M. Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE.
