Experimental details

Sandwich ELISA analysis of human IL6 at 400, 160, 64, 25.6, 10.24, and 0 pg/ml (50 ul per well) using IL-6 antibody [7IL6] as capture antibody (4 ug/ml) and IL-6 antibody [5IL6] (Biotin) as detection antibody (0.035 ug/ml). The plate was washed and incubated with Streptavidin-HRP. Detection was performed using TMB substrate. The plate was stopped with 0.16M sulfuric acid. Absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450-550 nm.
