ELISA detection using anti-Activin Receptor IIB, pAb (IG-510) . Wells were coated with 100ul of ACTR-IIB extracellular domain (ecd) at 2ug/ml. For detection different dilutions of anti-Activin Receptor IIB, pAb (IG-510) stock solution (500ug/ml) were applied, followed by an ALP-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit antibody.
