Experimental details

Detection of Human Integrin alpha 5/CD49e by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Integrin alpha 5/CD49e Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB18642) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Integrin alpha 5/CD49e at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
