Experimental details

Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of OATP8 in A431 cells using OATP8 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142515). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

Flow Cytometry analysis of OATP8 in HepG2 cells (blue line) using OATP8 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142515). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody overnight (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL).
