Description

MA1-25778 detects Nucleolin from monkey, human, and canine samples. MA1-25778 will not react with mouse or rat. MA1-25778 has been successfully used in immunoprecipitation, ELISA, immunocytochemistry and Western blot procedures. Suggested positive controls for this product are HeLa nuclear extract/HeLa cells. The MA1-25778 immunogen is a nuclear matrix extract from human MDCK cells. Store at 4ºC short term. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20ºC, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
