Description

Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human Carboxypeptidase B2/CPB2 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 20% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Carboxypeptidase A1, A4, recombinant mouse (rm) Carboxypeptidase A1, A4, B1, and 5% cross-reactivity with rhCarboxypeptidase B1, B2, and E is observed under reducing conditions. No cross-reactivity with any of these proteins is observed under nonreducing conditions.

Experimental details

Detection of Human Carboxypeptidase B2/CPB2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human Carboxypeptidase B2/CPB2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6036) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). Specific bands were detected for Carboxypeptidase B2/CPB2 at approximately 45 and 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
