- Western blot analysis of CPB2 expression in human placenta extract (lane 1) and HEPG2 whole cell lysates (lane 2). CPB2 at 48KD, 60KD was detected using rabbit anti- CPB2 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody (Catalog # PB9997) at 0.5 μg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method (Catalog # EK1002).
