- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse Osteoprotegerin/TNFRSF11B in ELISAs and Western blots. In Western blots, this antibody shows 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Osteoprotegerin and no cross-reactivity with rh4-1BB, recombinant mouse (rm) CD27, rmCD40, rhDR3, rhDR6, rmFas, rmGITR, rhHVEM, rhLT beta R, rmRANK, rmTNF RI, or rmTNF RII.
