- Protein A or G purified from ascites. Detects human Osteoprotegerin/TNFRSF11B in ELISAs. It has been reported (1), and R&D Systems testing has confirmed, that this antibody shows strong cross-reactivity with an unrelated protein, human Carbonic Anhydrase II. In Western blots, this antibody does not cross-react with recombinant human (rh) 4-1BB, rhCD27, rhCD30, recombinant mouse (rm) CD30, rmCD40, rhDR3, rhDR6, rhFas, rmFas, rhGITR, rmGITR, rhHVEM, rhLT beta R, rhNGF R, rmOPG, rhTNF RI, rmTNF RI, rhTNF RII, or rmTNF RII.
