- Confocal imaging (Immunocytochemistry) of HDAC8 in HeLa cells. Samples were incubated with HDAC8 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35729) using a dilution of 1:100 (Red). The cells were counterstained with alpha Tubulin Mouse mAb (dilution 1:400) (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (blue). Objective: 100x.

- Immunoprecipitation of HDAC8 in 300 μg extracts from HeLa cells. Samples were precipitated with 3 μg HDAC8 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35729). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using HDAC8 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35729) at a dilution of 1:1,000.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of HDAC8 in paraffin-embedded rat brain. Samples were incubated with HDAC8 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35729) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
