- Immunofluorescence analysis of BMP7 antibody and HeLa cells. Primary Ab was followed by Alexa-Fluor-546-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit lgG (H+L). Alexa-Fluor-546 emits orange fluorescence. Blue counterstaining is DAPI.
