- 11-day immunized C57BL/6 mouse lymph node cells were surface stained with B220 Pacific Blue™ and IgD PerCP/Cy5.5, then fixed and permeabilized with FOXP3 Fix/Perm buffer set and stained with Bcl-6 (clone 7D1) PE (top) or rat IgG2a, k PE isotype control (bottom). Data shown was gated on B220+ positive cells.
