Experimental details

Detection of Human ILKAP/PP2C delta by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line and HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat ILKAP/PP2C delta Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4554) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for ILKAP/PP2C delta at approximately 47 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
