Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) treated with 5 μg/mL PHA for 48 hours or (B) untreated were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IL-12 R beta 1 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB839P) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100A).
