- Immunohistochemistry analysis of CD51 in paraffin-embedded human placenta. Samples were incubated with CD51 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35244) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Cells were intracellularly-stained with Integrin alpha V (ITGAV/CD51) monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-35244) (2.5 μg/mL, orange line) or Rabbit IgG isotype control (2.5 μg/mL, blue line), followed by FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit polyclonal antibody (1:200 dilution) staining.
