Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RENT1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

- Immunoprecipitation: RENT1/UPF1/hUPF1 Antibody [NBP1-05967] - Detection of human RENT1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RENT1 antibody NBP1-05967 used for IP at 3 ug per reaction. RENT1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RENT1 antibody NB100-370. For blotting immunoprecipitated RENT1, NBP1-05967 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
