- Western Blot: AG-2 Antibody - Azide Free [NBP2-27392] - Analysis of AGR2 using AGR2 antibody. MCF7 (A), Caco-2 (B) and human stomach lysate (C) probed with AGR2 antibody at 1:100. were used for this test. The higher molecular weight band of variable intensity at ~30 kDa is uncharacterized and may represent a form of AGR2.

Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
