- Immunofluorescent analysis of PSMD11 showing staining in the nucleus and cytoplasm of A549 cells. A549 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min and stained using a PSMD11 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-27447) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
