- Chemotaxis Induced by CCL1/ITCA-3 and Neutralization by Mouse CCL1/ITCA-3 Antibody. Recombinant Mouse CCL1/ TCA-3 (Catalog # 845-TC) chemo-attracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse CCR8 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse CCL1/ TCA-3 (0.01 µg/mL) is neutral-ized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse CCL1/TCA-3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF845). The ND50 is typically 0.3-1.5 µg/mL.
