Experimental details

Neutralization of CCL1 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CCR8. Samples were incubated in CCL1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23821). Recombinant Human CCL1/I‚309 chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CCR8 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL1/I‚309 (0.02 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CCL1/I‚309 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.1‚0.5 µg/mL.
