Experimental details

Detection of human AKAP13/AKAP-Lbc by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-AKAP13/AKAP-Lbc antibody A301-403A used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. AKAP13/AKAP-Lbc was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-AKAP13/AKAP-Lbc antibody A301-404A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated AKAP13/AKAP-Lbc, A301-404A was used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
