- Immunoprecipitation: CBFB Antibody [NBP2-04107] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: CBF-beta antibody NBP2-04107 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. Isoform 1 and isoform 2 were also immunoprecipitated by CBF-beta antibody, which recognizes an epitope that is common to both isoform 1 and isoform 2. Isoform 1 was immunoprecipitated by CBF-beta (isoform 1) antibody NBP2-04109, and isoform 2 of CBF-beta was immunoprecipitated by CBF-beta (isoform 2) antibody NBP2-04108. For blotting immunoprecipitated CBF-beta, NBP2-04109 and NBP2-04107 were used at 1 ug/ml in A and B, respectively. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds (A and B).
