- Western blot analysis of MAX in Lane A: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg) . Samples were probed using a MAX Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29412) at a 1:500 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:10000 dilution. Western blot was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size:18 kDa. Observed band size:20 kDa.

Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (DyLight™ 800) at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the Odyssey technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 18 kDa. Observed band size: 20 kDa. (We are unsure of the identity of these extra bands).

- Immunofluorescence staining of Human MAX in Hela cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with MAX Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (103) (Product # MA5-29412, 1:300) at 37°C 1 hour. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

- Flow cytometric analysis of Human MAX expression on Raji cells. The cells were treated according to manufacturer’s manual, stained with MAX Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (103) (Product # MA5-29412), then a FITC-conjugated Secondary antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
