It is a recombinant human antibody recognizing and binding with Interleukin 21 (IL-21). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody is active and is equal to the positive control at reducing IL-21-induced STAT3 phosphorylation. The IC?? value of this antibody in STAT3-Phosphorylation assay is 210 pM.
