Experimental details

Staining of mouse thioglycolate-induced peritoneal exudate cells (PECs) with 0.25 ug of rat IgG2a kappa isotype control purified(open histogram) or 0.25 ug of Lgals3 monoclonal antibody, clone eBioM3/38 (Cat # MAB10955) (filled histogram) followed by streptavidin APC. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
