- MA1-5822 detects Lamin B1 & B2 in human, bovine, and rat samples, and Lamin B2 in mouse. MA1-5822 has been successfully used in immunofluorescence and Western blot procedures. The MA1-5822 immunogen is nuclear pore complex-lamina fraction of XLKE-A6 cells. Store at 4ºC of one month, or in small aliquots at -20ºC for longer periods, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
