- Western blot analysis of Progerin in Hela cells expressing flag-tagged progerin using a Progerin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18073) at various dilutions (lanes 1-3) compared to a control Lamin A/C antibody (lane 4) that recognizes Lamin A and C as well as eptopic progerin. Hela samples were boiled in Laemmli buffer, separated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was blocked in 3% NFDM-PBST for 1 hr at room temp, incubated at 4ºC in 0.5% NFDM-PBST, and detected using an HRP-conjugated Fc-specific anti-mouse secondary antibody.
