- Western Blot: HEK293 lysate (10ug protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human S100A7 with C-terminal MYC tag stained with ARG63989 anti-Psoriasin / S100A7 antibody (0.5ug/ml) in Lane A overexpressing HEK293 cell lysate standed with anti-MYC Tag (1/1000) in lane C. Mock-transfected HEK293 stained with ARG63989 anti-Psoriasin / S100A7 antibody (1mg/ml) in Lane B. Primary incubations were for 1 hour.
