Experimental details

Detection of Human Caspase-10 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line untreated (-) or treated (+) with Human FAS Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF126) for for the indicated times. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human Caspase-10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB834), followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Caspase-10 at approximately 45 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
