- Immunohistochemical analysis of Zebrafish ak2 in paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded zebra fish body tissue sections. Tissue was fixed with formaldehyde and blocked with 3% BSA for 0. 5 hour at room temperature; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with a citrate buffer (pH6). Samples were incubated with a ak2 antibody (Product # PA5-49482) at a 1:25 dilution for 1 hours at 37°C. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary antibody.

- Flow cytometry analysis of ak2 in zebra fish ZF4 cells. Cells were fixed, permeabilized, and stained with a ak2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-49482, green line) at a dilution of 1:25 in 2% BSA. Following incubation of the primary antibody for 1 hour at 37°C, cells were stained with a secondary Goat-Rabbit IgG, DyLight® 488 Conjugated Highly Cross-Adsorbed antibody at a 1:400 dilution for 40 min at 37°C. Isotype control antibody (blue line) was rabbit IgG (1µg/1x10^6 cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
