- PA1-4517 detects P2Y purinoceptor 2 in human, rat and mouse samples. PA1-4517 has been successfully used in Western blot and Immunohistochemistry procedures. PA1-4517 immunogen is a synthetic peptide comprising of internal residues of the human P2Y2 protein. Reacts with rat and mouse P2Y2. Maintain at 4ºC for 3 months or at -20ºC for longer periods. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
