- ChIP analysis of KDM5A in extracts of HCT116 cells. Samples were incubated with KDM5A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-121081) and rabbit IgG. The amount of immunoprecipitated DNA was checked by quantitative PCR. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.
