- WNT16 antibody detects WNT16 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and Wnt16-transfected (+, including V5-tag) 293T whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT16 antibody (GTX128468) diluted by 1:5000.

- WNT16 antibody detects WNT16 protein by western blot analysis. Mouse tissue extracts (50 £gg) was separated by 10 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with WNT16 antibody (GTX128468) diluted by 1:1000.
