- Detection of MMP-7 in bEnd.3 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. bEnd.3 mouse endothelioma cell line treated with 25 ng/mL Recombinant Mouse FGF basic (Catalog # 3139-FB) for 24 hours was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse MMP-7 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7170, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # MAB0061, open histogram), followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0113). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformadehyde and permeabilized with saponin.
