- Western blot analysis of Ptgir was performed by loading Mouse spleen tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a Ptgir antibody (Product # PA5-51240) at a 1/400 dilution for 20 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
