Experimental details

Detection of Human LH beta by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human pituitary gland tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human LH beta Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8016) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for LH beta at approximately 17-19 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

Experimental details

LH beta in Human Pituitary Adenoma. LH beta was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human pituitary adenoma using Sheep Anti-Human LH beta Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF8016) at 1 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counter-stained with hematoxylin (blue).
