- Western Blot: KMT2A/MLL Antibody [NB600-256] - Detection of the C-terminal 180 kDa Fragment of MLL1 by Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Samples: A. Nuclear extract from K562 cells (N; 50 mcg/lane), 293T cells transfected with full-length MLL1 (F; 15 mcg/lane) and 293T cells transfected with the C-terminal 180kDa fragment of MLL1 (C; 15 mcg/lane). B. Nuclear extract (1 mg) from K563 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MLL1 antibody used at 0.1 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) for blotting. Immunoprecipitations were performed using NB 600-256, NB 600-257, and another MLL1 antibody at 1 mcg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds (A) and 1 minute (B).
