- Western blot analysis of C8G was performed by loading Human fetal liver tissue lysates (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a C8G antibody (Product # PA5-51203) at a 1/250 dilution for 40 seconds, followed by Goat anti rabbit IgG at 1/8000 dilution.
