- Cell Proliferation Induced by Thrombopoietin and Neutralization by Human Thrombopoietin Antibody. Recombinant Human Thrombo-poietin/Tpo (Catalog # 288-TP) stimulates proliferation in the MO7e human mega-karyocytic leukemic cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Thrombo-poietin/Tpo (1.5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human Thrombo-poietin/Tpo Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB288).
