- Western blot using Tirap polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB11331) shows detection of a predominant band at ~34 kDa corresponding to Tirap (arrowhead) in human heart tissue whole cell lysate.The predicted MW of Tirap is 26 kDa. Tirap was detected using 0.5 ug/mL (lane A), 1.0 ug/mL (lane B) and 2.0 ug/mL (lane C) concentrations of primary antibody.
