- Western blot analysis of anti-hSPHK1-M1 Pab (AP13921PU-N) in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the SPHK1 gene (2 µg/lane). hSPHK1-M1(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).
