- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of PC-3 (Lane 1), KARPAS 299 (Lane 2), HEK-293 (Lane 3), Raji (Lane 4) and THP-1 (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti- TRAF5 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-27705, 1µg/ml) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 64 kDa band corresponding to TRAF5 was detected across the cell lines tested.
