- Immunofluorescence analysis of Asporin in HeLa cells using a Asporin monoclonal antibody (Product # PA5-18352) at 10 µg/mL for1hr. The cells were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation was followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL) showing nuclear membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL)followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 µg/mL).
