- Chemotaxis Induced by XCL1/Lymphotactin and Neutralization by Mouse XCL1/Lymphotactin Antibody. Recombinant Mouse XCL1/Lymphotactin (Catalog # 486-LT) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with human XCR1 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Mouse XCL1/Lymphotactin (0.15 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Mouse XCL1/ Lymphotactin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF486). The ND50 is typically 5-15 µg/mL.
