- Detection of Human HGK by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, and PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-Human HGK Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6027) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for HGK at approximately 140 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
