- Western Blot analysis of MEKK4. Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with MEKK4 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52654) with a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:20,000. Image was developed using FeQTM ECL Substrate Kit.

Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; MEKK4 recombinant monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-52654) with a dilution of 1:1,000 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor 647.
