- Flow cytometry of TYRO3 in U937 cells. Samples were incubated in TYRO3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-22999) using a dilution of 2.5 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Antibody (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

- FIGURE 4. A, Dual-immunohistochemical staining of ZIKV and Tyro3 amino acid residue 100 to 250 antibodies: After incubation with primary antibodies against ZIKV and Tyro3, 2 different colors of secondary antibodies were utilized to detect and localize ZIKV-binding sites and Tyro3 expression on sperms. A, E, I, Sperms using light microscopy from the 3 semen specimens. B, F, J, The combined immunostains for ZIKV and Tyro3 expressions (bluish strain) photographed under a dual filter. C, G, K, The location of Tyro3 domain on the sperm's mid-piece. D, H, L, The location of ZIKV-binding site (yellow arrows) (magnification, x80). B, This insert represent a closer view of J, clearly showing the dual staining at the mid-piece of the spermatozoa. ZIKV indicates Zika virus.
