- Detection of Human TAF5L by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of RPMI 8226 human multiple myeloma cell line, 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, and U2OS human osteosarcoma cell line. Gels were loaded with 20 µg of cytoplasmic (Cyto) and 10 µg of nuclear (Nuc) extracts. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human TAF5L Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF6785) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for TAF5L at approximately 65 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
